albert-mosaicos: Cortes de la Frontera, Málaga, Spain; Albert Cortés was born in Barcelona. Technician Diploma in Building Projects, working life has always been linked to the engineering building, working on them for over twenty years. This does not prevent self-taught artistic training, start making his first works in mosaic. This technique makes all kinds of jobs from Enterprise labels, decoration on various supports, shields, mirrors ... In 2010 he moved to Cortes de la Frontera (Malaga). This is where his passion for cubism, it takes you to merge your mosaic art with the works of the great Cubist painters, carrying both ceramic tiles and wood for particular projects in the Netherlands, Belgium, France or Germany. Unlike the stereotypical decor made with mass-produced objects, mosaics Albert was born with the purpose of making custom parts for any environment, which are integrated in a creative, unique and unrepeatable decor with work produced entirely by hand.
